Customer Service Rep - Sales and Inbound Customer Service BRIGHTON SUSSEX
About the Opportunity: Energetic Customer Care Telephone, Email & EChat Agents are needed for our client's contact centre in central Brighton, Sussex. Agents will accept inbound calls & will assist customers with inquiries & applications
Work schedule: 5-day work week
Shifts: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday
Core Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries  
• Answer inquiries knowledgeable & process applications
• De-escalate & resolve customer complaints
• Update & document customer information & interaction in the database
Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast paced, call centre environment
• Must possess an outgoing personality & have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions &/or needs
• Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette & efficient computer skills required!
• Must have good data entry & experience navigating multiple screens
• Must be able to type min. 30wpm
• Must be able to pass WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD pre-employment screenings
Education and Experience
• Qualified candidates must have A University Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 mos. call centre experience.
