Previous experience in tele-sales is preferred.
Must be proficient in using a computer & be able to type fast at least 35 wpm.
Job Duties: Answer inquiries by clarifying information; research, call back, & provide information.
Accurately document detailed records. Enhances organisation reputation by being clear and professional on all calls
