Communication & Call Center Agent
£21,000.00 / £26.000.00 PA + Bonus
Responsibilities & Duties Role This position is accountable to provide the highest standards of customer service through the provision of inbound customer service telephone from potential customers
• Receive in-bound calls from customers, prospects & non-customers while maintaining established standards for number of calls, pick-up time, duration of call & quality of call
• Provide high quality customer service by answering customer enquiries efficiently & politely with correct & complete information
• Identify & maximise selling & cross-selling opportunities
• Continuous learning to keep up to date with changes & developments to products, services, & procedures
• Participate in Outbound calling programs & other projects & activities when required
• Perform customer transactions accurately & in an efficient manner
