What you will be Working on as a Call Centre Representative - Brighton:
• Working in a call centre environment, you will be making the magic happen by making a high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of marketing questions & tele research
• Identifying up-selling opportunities & handling objections
• You'll be Working together with your team using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of sales, leads or comments, as well as document data after every call

• Must have one to two years' experience
• Degree educated or to A ‘Level standard
