WORKING RECRUITMENT LIMITED are seeking Telephone Customer Retention Agents to provide strategic and functional telephone customer service from the first point of contact through to the initial 60 days of the customer experience and during retention opportunities. You will be developing customer applications, creating written correspondence and timelines, maintaining, and improving the standard operating procedures, and working on projects that support sales growth and improve customer retention. To succeed in this position, Working Recruitment LTD need a number of applicants who are experienced in telephone sales with a proven track record of outstanding sales and / or retention performance. The role demands agents who are driven to succeed and are prepared to assess opportunities, take on the training offered as well as use initiative

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, sales support, or customer retention call centre environment
Location: Brighton, Sussex UK
Ability to work within Business Hours: Mon-Sun 9 am – 5.30 pm
Track record of successfully achieving sales goals and/or retention targets
Collaborative, transformational team members who know how to motivate and learn from a very diverse group
