WORKING RECRUITMENT LIMITED are recruiting Customer Retention Agents to join their newly formed Customer Service telephone team in central Brighton
The Role:
You will be joining a contact centre team tasked with delivering support and customer programs for a growing business. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and marketing for the services of Working Recruitment LTD’s clients

Responsibilities:
•Work with the Director to support the customer base in order to develop and deliver effective customer communications that will increase average revenue per caller
•Ensure customer communications are consistent, accurate, attractive, and relevant
•Continually analyse own performance including take up rates and ROI for optimisation purposes
•Report to the Director on the effectiveness of customer engagement and call activities
•Listen, learn and continually improve
Requirements:
•At least 2 years’ experience in contact/customer service/sales or the recruitment sector
•Experience of working with the contact industry is not essential – you could have gained your experience working in retail, FMCG, financial services etc
•A good communicator / confident
•Must be career driven
•Commercial acumen
•Degree educated. Working Recruitment LTD WILL consider recent graduates with the drive to succeed but lacking working experience
