The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated

Working Farm Manager

to lead our Essex operations. You'll be responsible for day-to-day arable work, crop planning, and compliance--driving performance with modern machinery and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities

Full management of the arable enterprise Operate and maintain a modern fleet: Case 9250 combine, 12m Horsch drill, Horsch Leeb sprayer (new July 2025), Fendt tractors Drilling, spraying, harvesting, and cultivation Input planning & procurement Manage SFI and stewardship schemes Lead seasonal staff and ensure smooth harvest ops Maintain compliance with Red Tractor and audits Support general farm work and infrastructure
