Role Purpose

Role and Responsibilities





Managing the end-to- end process of the employee life cycle, from recruitment, onboarding, training, development and retention. Driving performance improvement plans when necessary. Overseeing all aspects of billing, cash allocations, and cash collections on a global scale. With approximately 10 direct reports, this position requires a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and timely billing, ensuring cash is allocated swiftly and correctly, and executing effective collections strategies that reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and enhance cash flow. Carrying out regular 1-2-1s with each of your team members Being the point of contact for escalations for the team and ensuring the queries are handled correctly and promptly through to appropriate resolution Creating an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort. Building a cooperative and collaborative team that is flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and encourages a culture of continuous improvement Continuous reviewing and improving of current team processes as well as developing new processes Ensuring that team tasks are delegated daily to ensure the timely completion of billing, credit control and cash allocations tasks.. Allocating work effectively, making realistic compromises, to deliver exceptional service to our clients meeting accuracy and timeliness KPIs. Becoming a trusted advisor on debt escalations and bad debt cases. Build rapport and a collaborative environment with local offices, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns promptly Preparing monthly reports for the business Availability to support team through month-end activities including overtime when required by the business Undertake any further work, tasks, or projects reasonably requested by the Senior Working Capital Management Team, completing them to the required standards and within agreed timescales.
