We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Workforce Planning Senior Manager to join our Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Bradford.
As part of the Central strategy team, the role is primarily responsible for supporting specific development in the workforce in multiple areas including resource planning, capacity planning, employee engagement, technology training and developing a skills matrix.
The role will also work closely with the People Team (through the People Business Partner) to deliver talent and development, people policies, workplace environment, culture, reward and DE&I.
Working with the People Business Partner, you will ensure that employees have policies that support them in a fair and consulted way and are suitable for the work carried out in the centre. You will ensure that wider business initiatives are implemented consistently and fairly across SSC.
Responsible for driving the DE&I agenda and Culture & Engagement initiatives for the Shared Service Centre, you will act as a representative for the people within the teams, aligning all plans and activities with the People Business Partner for LSS
