The purpose of this role is to provide system and configuration of the absence and time modules in workday. Partnering with the business, this role will drive end to end delivery, configuration, testing and deployment, and support of all applications in this space as well as ensuring the platforms bring business value.
Design and configuration of workday are fundamental to the role, experience with other workday modules would also be an advantage.
The team is accountable for the delivery of services related to Global HR platforms, primarily Workday with this role focused on the delivery of all associate projects and technical change activity.

We\xe2\x80\x99re hiring a Workday Platforms Configuration Manager - Absence and time as part of our Global Technology team in London.


Purpose of the Role


The purpose of this role is to provide system and configuration of the absence and time modules in workday. Partnering with the business, this role will drive end to end delivery, configuration, testing and deployment, and support of all applications in this space as well as ensuring the platforms bring business value.
Design and configuration of workday are fundamental to the role, experience with other workday modules would also be an advantage.


The team is accountable for the delivery of services related to Global HR platforms, primarily Workday with this role focused on the delivery of all associate projects and technical change activity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the technology agenda and roadmap, works with the business to drive delivery and evolution of platform (application, integration, data management and infrastructure)
  • Develops and maintains the target systems architecture (enterprise, application, integration, data and infrastructure) for platform in scope
  • Leads a single team to deliver and support applications, infrastructure, Integration and data management solutions
  • Responsible for relationship and performance of all technology vendors and service providers
  • Hands-on subject matter expert in Workday absence and time modules with skill sets within one or more functional areas, including Security, HCM and reporting
  • Works closely with HR teams to understand their requirements to design, build, configure and test absence and time solutions in Workday in line with dentsu business strategy
  • Be a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues,
  • Be innovative and keep well informed on the landscape at dentsu, as well as Workday\xe2\x80\x99s roadmap



Qualifications + Skills
  • Advanced analytical and configuration skills
  • Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of Workday Absence and Time modules
  • Understands change management life cycle from Requirements through to delivery
  • At least 3 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience of solutioning and enhancing Workday functional areas
