Join our dynamic team in the heart of the West Midlands and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to contribute to our Safeguarding Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and families, identifying potential risks and protective factors
- Provide emotional support, counselling, and guidance to individuals and families.
- Manage a caseload of complex cases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Competitive rates \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa333.30 Hourly
- Hybrid working \xe2\x80\x93 2 days in office
- Average caseload
