Window cleaning operative required. Due to new contracts being awarded in 2024 we are currently looking for a window cleaner to come and join our family run business. M.C.Cleaning have been trading since 2004 and in this time have become a well-known provider of window cleaning and commercial cleaning services to the private and public sectors. The role we currently have available is for a window cleaning operative who must be able to use water fed pole and be able to do trad methods with a squeegee. Main duties will be cleaning windows on domestic and commercial properties all around Norfolk and Suffolk to a very high standard. Other duties will involve cleaning gutters using a gutter vac machine, washing fascia boards, washing conservatory roofs. You will be using a Grippa tank water fed pole system to carry out you window cleaning duties. Hours will be from 8.00am until 16.00pm. 1 Hour lunch Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday a month. To be considered for this role you must have the following. Full UK driving licence. Over the age of 25 for insurance purpose. Experience a must in both methods. Physically fit as this role is very demanding. Able to use ladders when required in a safe manner. A can do attitude, smart appearance. Friendly. Willing to work in all weathers. At least 2 current employment references. Able to work alone. Work to a high standard. Work to set timescales and complete tasks. The ability to gain new clients and leads.
