Who We're Looking For

? Over 21 with a full, clean UK licence (3+ years driving experience)

? Reliable & punctual--we run a tight ship

? Friendly, confident & professional--you'll be customer-facing

? Focused & ambitious--we want people who go the extra mile

? Quick learner with initiative--whether solo or in a team

? Problem solver with an eye for detail

This role is 80% outdoors and often solo, so you need the mindset to manage your time and own your day. You'll be handling windows, gutters, roofs, and more for homes and businesses across the South of England.

Responsibilities

Drive to various locations to perform window cleaning services efficiently. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs. Follow safety protocols while working at heights and handling cleaning solutions. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour while representing the company.
