Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring that their windows are cleaned to perfection. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using specialized tools and equipment
- Remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows to ensure a spotless finish
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to reach high windows
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive to various job sites in a timely manner
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
