What does the role involve?

Reporting in to the Customer Experience Manager and working as part of a team of 3 you will support our Manufacturer and Dealer sales team by processing new deals through our system and ensuring they are sent to pay out in a timely manner whilst ensuring superb accuracy at all times. You will work with customers across three different sectors - agriculture, leisure and the motor industry whilst also interacting with internal customers so confidence over the phone and through written correspondence is key.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Acting as a point of contact for Manufacturer & Dealer day to day queries.
• Using the APAK system to set up and maintain Dealers and Manufacturers
• Ensure the business is kept safe by ensuring the documentation is compliant and correct
• Process units such as agricultural and motor feeds, as well as process any rejects.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a confident individual with a can-do attitude, someone who is able to follow processes with ease and has excellent attention to detail. You will be passionate about phenomenal customer service and be organised in your approach to work. If you come with knowledge of Stocking Finance then this is an added bonus!

Also, we\'re looking for the following:

• Strong excel skillset
• Ability to work with and collaborate with colleagues
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally, in writing and on the telephone
• Ability to plan own day and prioritise work
