As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Wholesale and Retail Manager to lead our operations and support our next phase of growth.

The Role:



As a Wholesale and Retail Manager at IMDrinks, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational efficiency, commercial growth, and the strategic direction of the business. You will be responsible for managing the full supply chain process -- from sourcing and importing products to overseeing customer relationships and retail distribution. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong business acumen, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Operational Management:

Plan, organise, and oversee daily wholesale operations to ensure efficiency and smooth running of the business.

Supplier and Customer Relations:

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, particularly with Indian exporters, and manage key customer accounts in the UK.

Import and Compliance Oversight:

Manage the importation process, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations and liaising with logistics partners and authorities.

Sales and Business Development:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and increase market share.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure optimal stock control to meet customer needs.

Staff Management and Leadership:

Recruit, supervise, and develop operational staff as the business grows.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, refine product offerings, and stay competitive.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight:

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and deliver accurate reporting to senior management.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure high standards of customer service and timely product delivery, proactively resolving any issues.

Strategic Planning and Decision Making:

Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and operational improvements aligned with company goals.

Skills and Experience Required:



Proven experience in wholesale, retail, import/export, or business operations management. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make strategic, data-driven decisions. Familiarity with the UK food and beverage sector. Knowledge of UK import regulations and supply chain management best practices. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Communicate fluently in both Hindi and English to manage diverse relationships. Educational background or professional exposure in both India and the UK.
