Job Summary
We are seeking a Whitegoods Service Engineer to carry out repairs throughout the North West Region. Repairing a wide range of products on behalf of Manufaturers and Insurance Companies etc.
Duties
To attend site and diagnose / repair faulty appliances. Communicate with both customer and office the outcome of the service visit and update the software via our dedicated software. Maintain a van stock to help achieve a first time fix Ensure the upkeep of the service vehicle Maintain tools and equipment to a professional standard Represent the Company and help develop relationships with Customers, Clients and end users.
Experience
Proven experience in whitegoods / appliance servicing. Experience in Refrigeration systems / gas qualified a distinct advantage Good Communication skills and ability to work unsupervised Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with a detail-oriented approach to work. As this role involves driving a checkable driving record is required. Due to Insurance rules we cannot accept any driver under the age of 25 or with less than 2 years driving experience.
