Job Title: Part-Time Welshcake Baker
:
We're on the lookout for a hard-working, punctual, and reliable individual to join our bakery team as a Welshcake Baker. In this key role, you'll be hands-on in the heart of our Bakery, helping to craft our much-loved Welshcakes to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
Preparing, rolling, and cutting Welshcakes according to our traditional recipe
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Meeting daily and weekly production deadlines
Working efficiently as part of a small, friendly team
Supporting other areas of the bakery process as needed
What We're Looking For:
A strong work ethic and excellent timekeeping
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
Enthusiastic with a good sense of humour - we like to have fun while we work!
Previous baking or kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided
