We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate coach to join our system change and social justice focused work at Platfform. This role is part of the Swansea hub team as part of a project to support Western Bay\xe2\x80\x99s Health Board\'s Substance Use systems to work collaboratively and, in a trauma-informed way. This work will inform the development of our systems change work.
The Swansea team is made up of a coordinator, 1 counsellor, 1 EMDR Therapist, and a coach. As part of the team the coaches role will be to work in a person-led, strengths based way, putting the person they are working with first to support someone to achieve their decided goals. Coaches work in a co-productive way, ensuring the person they are working with has control over the decision they make, and advocates for them in decision making processes that affect their live, including in the health care setting. Coaches must have a strong passion for social justice.
