Job Description

We are looking for naturally caring individuals who are dedicated to helping others in need to join our team of care superheroes at our scheme in Freshwater! These are part-time roles working 30 hours per week (wakeful nights only) on a permanent basis.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be providing responsive care to our residents at Green Meadows. This is a hands-on role where you\xe2\x80\x99ll actively help our residents to live an independently within their home and wider community, whilst promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.

If you don\xe2\x80\x99t have experience in care but you have a genuine passion for helping people to live a better life, then we\xe2\x80\x99ll provide you with a full training programme to give you the skills you need to excel in this role. You must have the right attitude to be able to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to your surroundings. And most of all, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the ambition to learn new skills and make a positive difference to our residents\xe2\x80\x99 wellbeing!
