Job Description
Community Law Service is a specialist advice provider based in Northamptonshire. The Service delivers free, independent and confidential advice and casework to the public in the fields of welfare benefits, debt, fuel poverty, housing and immigration. CLS is a member of AdviceUK. We are seeking to recruit 3 new advisers to deliver community-based money advice across Northamptonshire.
Welfare Rights Adviser
Several posts available: 16 hours, 18 hours and 35 hours per week - please indicate on your application which post(s) you are applying for.
22,659 - 28,119 per annum (pro rata for part time)
dependent on experience
? 26 days annual leave (31 after 5 years' service) plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time posts).
? 5% pension contribution.
? Optional hybrid working after probationary period.
? Flexible working hours (within core hours).
? Contractual sick pay after probationary period.
Applications are invited from experienced advisers or candidates with some experience who are willing to receive further training. Pay will be dependent on experience. The post will require travel to outreach/community venues, therefore own transport is required.
