We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will work alone and as part of a team to meet production targets.Main Duties & Responsibilities:In this job you will need to understand technical plans and have the skills required for working out measurementsInspect and test cuts and joins, using precision measuring instrumentsMeeting set targets whilst working on the production lineEnsuring the safe and controlled movement of production partsEnsure Health & Safety is adhered to at all timesWorking as part of a team to develop continuous improvementExperience Level & Required Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings, specifications and measuring tools - particularly welding symbolsExperience in reading basic 3D cad drawingsDemonstrate basic understanding of fabrication and use of jigsDemonstrate good ability in MIG mild steel welding (preferably in heavy engineering)Relevant experience or qualified to NVQ Level 2Knowledge of H&S procedures & responsibilities.Previous experience of working in a fastmoving manufacturing/heavy equipment environment would be an advantage.Skills & Competencies:Ability to work within a teamAbility to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written skillsHighest level of integrity, honesty and trustDrive for resultsExcellent listening skillsStrong communication skillsPerseveranceA xe2x80x9cCan doxe2x80x9d attitude and ability to interact with a multi-functional teamAbility to work with others to meet deadlinesAble to assess workload and commit to realistic timelineWhy Join Us
