Responsibilities / Tasks

Standard Vessels and Heat Exchangers

• Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, and heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets.

Assembles and welds sub assembly parts Installs parts Welds internal and external parts Installs heads and sub arc Sub arc wrappers Assembles and welds supports, legs and angles Assembles and welds water boxes

• Assist in training less experienced employees
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Standard Compressor Packages

• Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets.

Assembles and welds sub assembly parts Installs package components Assembles weld and installs system piping

• Assist in training less experienced employees
• Performs other duties as assigned.

W2

Complex Custom Packages, Heat Exchangers and Vessels

• Performs all operations in the manufacture of custom packages, heat exchangers and vessels to required specifications and budgets.

Assembles and welds sub assembly parts Welds internal and external parts Assembles and welds water boxes Sub arc tube sheets Welds tube to tubesheet Installs package components Assembles weld and installs system piping

• Assist in training less experienced employees
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your Profile / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum Experience: Two years\xe2\x80\x99 related experience; Lean Six Sigma training/certification preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum Skills: Effective team player in a Lean Six Sigma environment, basic math skills, sound comprehension of safety rules

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xb7 Sit, stand, bend, reach, walk for long periods of time on concrete surface.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. frequently

\xc2\xb7 Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and/or machinery.

\xc2\xb7 Use of steps, ladders, lifts routinely.

\xc2\xb7 May be required to work in rolled steel plate wrappers/pipe in the manufacture of pressure vessels.

\xc2\xb7 May be required to work extended hours which may include weekends and holidays.

\xc2\xb7 Regularly exposed to manufacturing areas that may require personal protective equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Regularly exposed to a manufacturing work environment that is hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet and/or noisy.
