Portico is now hiring for a Welcome Services Manager to lead our team based in the Birmingham offices of one of \xe2\x80\x9cThe Big Four\xe2\x80\x9d auditors! We are looking for a Welcome Services Manager to support the General Manager & Portico Welcome Services Leadership to deliver five-star service across our services at the firms Birmingham office. We are looking for a manager who has an ability to inspire and motivate their team through reward and recognition, training, and development to ensure that the highest standard of client care is delivered to all internal staff, visitors and our colleagues in other service departments. The Welcome Services Manager is responsible for overseeing ground floor and client floor receptions, room bookings, event coordination and floor hosting. Shift pattern: 40 hours per week on shift rotation 07:30 - 18:00
Salary: \xc2\xa333,000 per annum
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive individual with the ability to think outside the box. They must have experience of managing a team within a corporate or five star hospitality environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of managing multiple departments in a busy environment meaning they can manage their time effectively and support their teams when needed, depending on business requirements. Preferably, the individual will have experience of mobilising a new site or offer and is confident in creating new processes, not being afraid to put innovative ideas forward.
