Craigie's Farm Deli and Cafe is located in the beautiful countryside between Queensferry and Edinburgh, but we are just 20 minutes from the city centre, so we have the best of both worlds!
We're a thriving farm cafe that prides itself on using local, high-quality ingredients and showcasing the very best of seasonal produce. Everything we make is prepared fresh in-house - from hearty brunches to comforting lunches and tempting cakes. Provenance matters to us, and we believe great food starts with great ingredients.
As our Weekend Cook, you'll work as part of a small, friendly team to prepare and serve dishes from our seasonal menu. You'll be confident managing service during busy periods, keeping standards high, and contributing ideas to our ever-evolving kitchen.
What we're looking for:
: Experience in a cafe, bistro or similar environment
: a love for cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
: ability to work well under pressure during busy service
: a positive, hands-on attitude and good time management
: Food hygiene knowledge and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
