Providing Quality CareAt Bluebird Care Islington & Hackney, we believe that the quality of our staff in the field is what makes our reputation grow.We are currently recruiting kind and caring individuals to join our established and growing team of Home Care Assistants. (Domiciliary).Our Carers visit the homes of our customers to provide a range of care services which enable them to remain living independently in their own home across Hackney and Islington including N1, EC1, N7, N19, N4, N5, N16, E5, E8 and E9.Please only apply if you live in the borough of Islington or Hackney and hold a Valid right to work in the UK. We cannot support sponsorship/skilled worker visa applicants.We currently do not have available hours for male carers at this branch. Due to the personal care nature of the role. (Under the Equality Act 2010 the need to deliver same-sex care is an xe2x80x98objective justification for advertising and recruiting workers to fulfil the need.)Our Care Assistants will:

• Support with personal care
• Provide companionship
• Prompt and/or administer medication
• Support with food preparation, domestic duties, and shopping
• Assist through Manual handling / using equipment where required

• Promote customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full

As a Care Assistant you will need:

• To have a valid right to work in the UK
• A genuine desire to care for others
• To be reliable, compassionate, honest and patient
• To be a resident in either Islington or Hackney
• To work flexible times, early mornings from 7am and/or evenings to 10pm will be part of your regular schedule
• Weekends (including both Saturday and Sunday)

Previous experience is desirable, but we also have an excellent training programme for those without experience.We can offer weekend only work or Evenings and Weekends. We provide care between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week so working hours include early mornings, late evenings, and weekend working.We cant care for our customers if we dont take care of our team so to make this possible, we offer:
