We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:



Effectively sell weddings and events via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions Conduct professional and engaging venue tours with prospective clients Maximise bookings and revenue across multiple venues Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales journey Work collaboratively with our wider team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to delivery Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and administrative tasks with precision and efficiency

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years' experience

in a sales-focused role (experience in weddings or events is highly desirable) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure Highly organised, detail-oriented, and methodical Confident presenting to clients and leading venue tours Strong computer literacy and comfort working with CRM or booking systems Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Hours:


Full-time, 5 days out of 7, including occasional evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
