We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team! As the coordinator, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our couples, clients, and their guests.
You\'ll be the mastermind behind every detail, from the initial viewing of the venue to the final send-off. You\'ll work closely with our clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through meticulous planning.
Wedding Coordinator - Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and preferences
Create and manage timelines to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
Coordinate all logistics, including catering, venue layout, and timings
Be present at the event to oversee all aspects of the setup, execution, and breakdown
Manage and train staff, including front-of-house and bar staff
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
