Salary / Rate of pay: From \xc2\xa325,000 p.a

What\xe2\x80\x99s involved?
As a Wedding Coordinator your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Be main point of contact for all wedding enquiries and bookings
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences
  • Ensure all aspects of the wedding from venue selection to vendor management
  • Manage vendors, creating timelines and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
  • Create and maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Coordinate and oversee all wedding day activities, including setup, vendor arrivals, ceremony, reception, and teardown
  • Ensure that the wedding day runs smoothly and according to the client\xe2\x80\x99s vision
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire planning process
Previous Wedding or Events experience within the hospitality industry is essential, with a clear understanding of sales strategy and making decisions. You must be highly organised, detail orientated and have excellent communication skills plus a strong understanding of wedding traditions, whilst be able to provide guidance and advice to the wedding couples.
