Lusty Beg Island Resort and Spa is a unique destination which prides itself on the delivery of bespoke weddings, conferences and events. As the first point of contact for all event inquiries, the ideal candidate would have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed business. A positive and friendly demeanor is essential with the ability to handle all inquiries promptly and professionally.
The role will also include:
Liaising with clients to identify their event/wedding requirements
Attending meetings with clients prior to their event/wedding
Processing necessary details and escalating the event with the administration team
Researching other venues and competitors to ensure our product is in line with the marketplace
Follow up and feedback with Event leads
The ideal candidate will be:
- Ideally experienced in the hospitality industry
- Charming, enthusiastic with an engaging personality
- Cool and calm under pressure
- Reliable and an excellent time keeper
- Trainable to deliver sales on a Unique and Bespoke product
- Self-motivated
- Highly organised
