HRUC (Harrow, Richmond, and Uxbridge Colleges) is a highly ambitious, newly merged College Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding digital professional to join a fast-paced team overseeing a portfolio of websites. The Website Manager will help to shape a cohesive, audience-focused approach to our website strategy to support the growth of the HRUC brands and showcase the transformative impact of our colleges.

Reporting to the Group Director for PR, Marketing and Communications, you will manage and improve our portfolio of websites, and support with the future development of the sites to ensure they are optimised, well-designed and enable dynamic user journeys for our existing audiences, and prospective students.

Qualified to degree level in Digital Media/Marketing or with equivalent experience, you will have proven experience in successfully managing and growing high-traffic websites, along with experience of front-end web technologies, and a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimisation principles. Able to work at pace to demanding deadlines, you will demonstrate an innovative, collaborative approach, and maintain key relationships with external agencies, contractors and colleagues across the College Group.

The postholder will be required to work across Uxbridge, Harrow and Richmond colleges, with the potential to work 1-2 days per week remotely, according to business need.
