JOB TITLE: Senior Accountant
LOCATION: West Midlands (hybrid working available)
SALARY: Staring salary circa \xc2\xa3100,000 plus excellent benefits scheme

THE ROLE:
A leading entrepreneur is looking to appoint a seasoned Accountant to work closely alongside them in order to take charge of personal and family funds. As the successfully appointed individual, you will be responsible for overseeing all of the family\'s financial matters, devise investment strategies and ensure the family\'s assets are protected and optimised.

Key responsibilities of this role will be to collaborate closely with the family in order to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance and long term objectives. You will be tasked with developing customised financial plans and investment strategies and will also conduct in depth financial analysis providing insights into asset allocation, tax planning and wealth preservation. You will monitor investment portfolios and handle complex accounting and tax related matters efficiently. You will also ensure you keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and economic developments to provide up to date financial advice.

THE CANDIDATE:
In order to apply for this role you must be ACA / ACCA / CIMA or CA qualified and will be highly experienced in working with MS office, Outlook, Word, advanced Excel including V look-ups and pivot tables. An awareness of financial regulations, compliance and risk management is also key.

You must be a driven and ambitious individual who can think on their feet at all times and manage a large and diverse portfolio of financial assets. You must be able to demonstrate proven experience in managing the financial affairs of high-net-worth individuals and have an exceptional knowledge of tax laws, investment strategies and wealth management practices.

Excellent communication skills, a personable nature, along with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner are key to your success in this role.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
On offer is a highly attractive starting salary of circa \xc2\xa3100,000 combined with a comprehensive benefits package, to include an excellent pension scheme, BUPA, death in service, critical illness cover and car parking on site.
