We are looking for a Water Systems Operative to join our Building Services team located in the Royal Derby Hospital. You will carry out a wide range of testing and monitoring of the site water systems including mechanical / plumbing repairs planned preventive maintenance and new work on the Royal Derby Hospital to a high standard. Working on own initiative alongside PPM / Zetasafe schedules.

What you'll do:

To monitor and record water systems data using various platform, specially Zetasafe Solve problems where possible and make repairs to all water systems plant and equipment within specified time. Carry out planned preventative maintenance on plant and equipment within area of competence, complying with statutory and contractual obligations. Promote co-operation and versatility among the trades within his/her operational area and scope of works

What you'll bring to the role:

Water system specific training (HTM / L8 etc) and relevant industry experience. Some knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH
