Warranty/Costing Administrator
We are currently seeking to recruit a Costing Administrator for our Mallusk depot.
This role will be within a busy costing department, with responsibility for costing, estimates and general invoicing in line with Company procedures, warranties, and MB-UK guidelines.
This is on a full-time basis. 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience within a Costing or similar role
Working knowledge of workshop operations
IT literate; competent user of Kerridge or similar Dealer Management System
Proven experience of providing a full customer service offering
Experience in adhering to customer and business targets
Warranty compliance/audit knowledge
Desirable Criteria:
One link and CV link experience
Technical knowledge
Experience of handling audit queries and bringing to resolution
Aptitude, Values & Work Ethic:
Strong work ethic
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to targets
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
