Summary

We are seeking a Warehousing & General Operative to join our dynamic team at Allied Insulators. In this role, you will be integral to our operations, assisting with various tasks in our warehouse and production areas. Your contributions will support our mission of delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Load and unload materials efficiently using forklifts and other equipment. Assist in shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain an organized warehouse environment to facilitate smooth operations. Prepare customer orders for delivery - Pick, pack & ship Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and materials. Support the assembly of products as needed. Driving - collecting/delivering goods to and from local suppliers (i.e. fabrications for galvanising)

Requirements

Experience in warehouse operations or general labour is preferred. Valid forklift certification is essential. Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks safely. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Candidates must have FLT licence and a clean full driving licence (preferably with no previous convictions!)

Candidates must be older than 26 else they cannot drive the company vehicle.

Working hours - 35.5 hours/week (6-2 Mon to Thurs and 6-12 Fri)
