We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Duties

Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are accurately logged and accounted for. Perform mechanical tasks as needed, demonstrating basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues. Engage in picking and packing activities, preparing orders for dispatch with precision. Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards. Handle heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all materials are stored correctly and accessible.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is beneficial. Strong mechanical knowledge will be considered an asset. Attention to detail with a focus on quality control practices. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and stand for extended periods.
