Salary: \xc2\xa312.22 per hour
Shift Times: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Our Client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the telecommunications Industry that are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are currently seeking a proactive and driven Warehouse Team Leader to oversee goods receiving, dispatch, and return equipment processes.
Job Role Purpose:
As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising the team, maintaining health and safety standards, fostering customer relationships, and driving continuous improvements. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Our clients Team:
- Ensure adherence to processes and timely completion of tasks by the team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all staff in your area, including yard workers.
- Serve as the point of escalation for internal departmental issues within your area.
- Identify and address the training and development needs of team members.
- Ensure team members understand their daily targets and objectives.
For Our client:
- Execute tasks promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to build and strengthen relationships.
- Pro actively identify solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments to address issues and drive resolutions.

- Facilitate quick and accurate responses to inquiries within your area.
- Cultivate trust and confidence with customers.
Our Client Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality:
- Address minor staff and area issues, logging them on I Auditor.
- Communicate and advance health, safety, quality, and environmental goals.
- Encourage team members to report concerns and hazards.
- Investigate and implement controls for raised issues.
- Ensure premises and equipment are safely maintained.
Role Specific Duties:
- Oversee second checking of all picks and resolve shortages.
- Investigate issues and provide solutions.
- Participate in picking and packing as needed.
- Assist in locating missing stock items and analysing trends.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and driver queries.
- Maintain a hazard-free returns area.
- Keep the yard clean and obstruction-free.
- Manage ERF/Returns documentation.
- Coordinate recycling and waste collections.
- Collaborate with departments for efficient query resolution.
- Promptly escalate issues to relevant management.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications / Certification and Licenses:
- Forklift licenses (Bendi and counterbalance).
- GCSEs or equivalent education.
- Warehouse 6S certification.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehousing and goods in operations.
- Sound understanding of health and safety compliance.
- Beginner level in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Track record of meeting KPIs and deadlines.
at least 6 months experience although full training is provided from day one
