Job Description
Following recent contract awards, we are looking to expand and strengthen our team across warehouse operations and software implementation to support continued growth and drive operational efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to join our growing transport and warehousing business- based in our new modern premises in South Kirby.
Must Have Qualifications-
A can do attitude, who can work strategically, with a good attention to detail.
This is a fast pace role so the ability to think on your feet and good FLT skills are essential.
You must hold valid Bendi (Flexi, Pivot Truck) and an FLT License or Certificate.
Experience in BRCGS accredited Storage and Distribution Operations preferred.
Experience in WMS systems- Clarus experience preferred.
Previous experience of supervising small teams.
Pallet Network Experience .

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and optimize processes. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Implement best practices in materials handling and logistics to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain safety and compliance.

Pay: 35,000.00-42,500.00 per year
