Warehouse Supervisor/forklift Driver
Job Description
Due to expansion and growth a full time position for an onsite warehouse supervisor is required for a at the new distribution centre based Ballygawley. The role will be full time and based at the DC. Experience in warehousing and distribution is essential along with a forklift truck license, top ups will be provided.

The Warehouse supervisor and logistics operative is responsible for the safe and accurate movement of goods passing through the warehouse and take on a senior position in terms of the safe and efficient running of this distribution hub.
Safe loading and unloading of vehicles, avoiding damages to products and machinery.
Checking delivered items against paperwork to ensure correct items have been delivered in the correct quantities.
Booking in items using sap system and ensuring KPIs are met.Using scanners to pick and pack all orders for dispatch.
Safely and accurately navigating the distribution centre.Ensuring accuracy of picking items and doing this in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring upmost care is taken to pick the correct item.
Accurate paperwork for deliveries to multiple destinations across the globe.Collating orders based on the customers unique requirements.
Regular stock taking activities.Maintain high standard of cleanliness within the distribution hub.
Effective communication with delivery drivers, colleagues and line managers.Ensure training is up to date.
You are personally responsible for the health safety and welfare of yourself and other that might be affected by your acts or omissions.
Essential
Good communication of the English language, both written and verbal.
Forklift truck certificate both counterbalance and reach truck.
Previous experience of warehousing within a busy FMCH environment.Proved track record in order fulfilment within a supervisory role.
