Warehouse Supervisor
\xc2\xa332,000 per annum
Woore
40 hours (days) no weekends
Working for one the UK\xe2\x80\x99s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service equipment we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join a hard working and friendly Stores team.
This role includes overseeing daily stores activities and managing a dedicated team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure receipt and dispatch service levels are achieved
- Promote stock management best practices at all times and highlight any outages
- Monitor and maximise staffing levels and equipment to ensure operational requirements are met
- Identify and deploy efficiencies
- Drive high standards towards all aspect of health and safety
- Supervise, motivate and lead the team
- Ensure systems and procedures are followed at all times
- Working alongside the management team to achieve goals
- Responsible for warehouse organisation
- Identify training needs
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Customer communication skills to deal with internal and external customers
- Computer experience
- Experience of working in a similar role or maintenance
- Working within both paper based and digital WMS
- Ability to work flexibly
- Team player
- Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage own workload
- Natural team leader
- Self-motivated - Essential
- Prepared to learn new skills
