Accountable for productivity, supervision and discipline of employees.
Train and advise employees on job specific duties.
Assist and support management team with strategic planning of the operation and new business.
Show initiative and make suggestions for process improvements.
Effective communication with clients, vendors and employees.
Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
Completes performance appraisals on direct reports semi-annually and provides on-going feedback on work performance.
Advises and enforces Health and Safety, customs and trade compliance.
Ensure the operation achieves internal and client KPIs.
