Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of quality control. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of goods from lorries. Accurately pick and pack items for shipping, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly. Maintain an organised stock area, ensuring that all products are stored appropriately. Utilise the warehouse management system to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying shipments against packing lists. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential. Proficiency in operating forklifts; certification is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is required. Strong ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) consistently throughout the shift. Knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Excellent attention to detail for quality control purposes. Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: 27,000.00-31,000.00 per year
