Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including deliveries, storing, and distributing of parts
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management using a warehouse management system
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Implement and improve business processes to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Proven experience in team management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and labelling requirements
- Knowledge of business processes related to inventory control, materials handling, and order fulfilment
