Warehouse Operative/storeman
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Storeman with a valid forklift and/or gantry crane license. The role will be in the Stores department and your duties will include, but not limited to:
Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing goods.
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, gantry crane and pump trucks.
Maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Using the computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Picking and packing products for weekly collections.
Assisting with general duties in a busy factory environment.
Ensuring that housekeeping and Health and Safety standards in the warehouse are maintained at all times.
Attention to detail and good organisation skills is a must and previous warehouse or packing experience is advantageous, but full training will be given to successful applicants.

Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience Mechanically orientated Good communication skills The ability to work alone or as part of a team High attention to detail.

14 per hour.

Hours of Work:
Full-time, permanent 39 hrs per week, with the opportunity for overtime if available. This is following completion of successful probation period.
Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:30
Friday 07:30 - 12:30
30 minute lunch break (unpaid) and two 15 minute tea breaks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.00 per hour
