We're looking for a reliable

Warehouse Operative

to join our operations team. If you're hands-on, detail-focused, and ready for a long-term role with development opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Receiving, storing, and relocating stock safely and efficiently Inspecting goods and reporting any damage or discrepancies Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Assisting with facilities maintenance and general Help Desk support Maintaining accurate records and stock rotation Following health, safety, and security procedures Contributing to general housekeeping and workplace organisation

What We're Looking For

Good communication and teamworking skills Strong time management and attention to detail Self-motivation and willingness to learn Awareness of Health & Safety (including basic COSHH) Previous warehouse experience preferred Reach Truck licence desirable (training provided if needed)

Qualifications

GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade A-C / 9-4) preferred
Logistics-related NVQs or equivalent qualifications are a plus

What We Offer

Full-time, long-term role (40 hrs/week) Mon-Thurs: 08:00-17:00 Fri: 08:00-16:00 Salary: 27,500-30,000 depending on experience Training and career development opportunities Supportive team culture with open communication
