Warehouse Operative

: Stockton-on-Tees, United Kingdom

Hours

: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 6am - 10pm

Salary

: 26,007 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general warehouse operations including FLT driving, stock movements, palletising products, handball, and picking. Receive and unload components accurately. Maintain precise documentation and conduct periodic audits. Ensure correct return and storage of materials. Uphold good housekeeping and health & safety standards. Update warehouse stock systems regularly. Locate stock, perform stock taking, and cycle counting. Assist with deliveries and collections using the company vehicle when required. Report operational issues to the Team Leader and/or Operations Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills. Knowledge of dispatcher system applications, product handling, and MHE. A good standard of education. Suitable warehousing/storage qualification. FLT license required; Flexi license preferred. Previous experience in a storage/warehousing environment.

Training Provided:

Fire marshal training. Manual handling. MHE training. Software packages. Health & Safety. On-the-job training.
