Job Description

Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to work for one of the world\'s biggest fashion retailers in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

This is a physically demanding role, with heavy lifting required throughout the shift.

The contract will be 36 hours per week working the following rotating shifts:
- 6am to 3pm
- 3pm to 12am (midnight)

Shifts are any 4 days out of 7 and 1 weekend in 3.

Earn \xc2\xa311.88 per hour as a Warehouse Operative - All breaks are paid.

Warehouse Operatives will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative will include:

- Unloading merchandise by hand or using Mechanical Handling Equipment
- Receiving incoming products
- Handballing trailers
- Using computer systems as required

Manual handling will be required in this role, including weights up to 25kg and two-man lifts.

Our ideal Warehouse Operative is punctual and reliable. They have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
Warehouse Operatives use their initiative to adapt to changes as required.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Warehouse Operatives must have a good level of physical fitness as heavy lifting is an essential part of the role.
