Warehouse Operative
Job Description
Job role includes picking, packing, putting away in the warehouse and shop, loading & unloading stock for internal distribution to other branches, stocktaking and administration paperwork will be also be part of the job, computer training will be provided onsite, back-up delivery driver in the afternoon, delivering car parts to customers, answering the phone and serving customers in the shop when required, manual handling training will be provided plus other training including Health & Safety, hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm plus alternate Saturdays 8.00am to 1.00pm, must have Full UK driving licence and speak English, casual attire required, PPE will also be provided, please send in your CV.
Summary
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be integral to our logistics team, responsible for efficient materials handling and maintaining warehouse operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will utilize your core skills in stocking and heavy lifting to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods. Your premium skills with warehouse management systems will enhance productivity. Additionally, your relevant mechanical knowledge and experience in picking and packing will contribute to a well-organized warehouse environment. A valid driving license and proficiency in English are essential for this role.
