We have a rare opportunity to join a logistics company on a prestigious client site as their Warehouse Operative to ensure the client\'s production line is fully stocked at all times with parts required. Based in Gaydon working Days Monday to Friday! Driving License is essential.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Thursday 5.30am-2.45pm (0530-1445) and Friday 5.30am-2.30pm (0530-1430) - 41 hours per week offering a salary of \xc2\xa324,500 per annum.

As Warehouse Operative reporting into the Site Manager, you will be working on a client\'s site in a standalone role ensuring stock availability at all times on the line. Your role will involve the following duties:

• Collecting empty bins from the lineside racks.
• Scanning empty bins for re-order via a barcoding system.
• Taking empty bins back to the storage area.
• Loading and unloading pallets from the delivery vehicle.
• De-canting deliveries and matching the parts with the appropriate bins.
• Distributing full bins back to the lineside racks.
• Assisting the customer\'s production staff on the line with any problems they are having.
• Assist with the set-up of the lineside racks and continual assessment and updates.
• Move goods between two sites using company vehicle

We are keen to keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working as a Warehouse Operative, Stock Operative, Production Operative, Line Feeder or similar
• Any knowledge of Kanban would be useful but not essential
• Basic IT skills are required including some knowledge of Excel
• Previous experience of using a pump truck to move good around the warehouse would be beneficial but full training will be given
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Analytical mind with good numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills as this is a customer facing role on a client site, so you will have the ability to build relationships quickly
• Driving License is essential to move goods between Wellesbourne and Gaydon
