Great Opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative in Basingstoke.

Working Full time Rotating Night shift:
-9pm to 6am

Pay rates:
During the probation period: \xc2\xa313.48 to \xc2\xa316.25 ( based on performance )
After probation period: \xc2\xa313.48 + Weekly performance bonus.
After the probation period - The overtime rate ( paid every 4 weeks ) - \xc2\xa319.47 per hour.

TEMP TO PERM: if you are achieving 100% performance and do not have any absences during your 12 week probation; assuming there is space on the shift, the client will take you on permanently at the end of your twelve week probation.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site you will use mechanical handling equipment to transport products to the assembly areas. Your duties will include:

- Picking and packing
- Get products ready to be shipped
- Maintain a clean working environment

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative can work accurately and meet targets. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is performance-based, so experience of working as a Warehouse Operative would be ideal; however, full training will be provided.

Colleagues must be physical fit to lift heavy goods.

Basic numeracy, literacy and computer skills are essential. Knowledge of warehouse operations and Health & Safety would be beneficial in this role.
